Certain members of the Yale community, such as faculty and staff, have an obligation to share information about concerns related to sexual misconduct with the Title IX Office. These reporting requirements exist so that individual affected by sexual misconduct can receive timely and accurate information about the resources and options available to them.
Certain Yale employees are designated as confidential or exempt (e.g., SHARE Center staff, chaplains, and Yale Health clinicians) and are not subject to these reporting requirements.
