Sivagami (Siva) Lakshmanan (she/her)
Siva is a first-year MBA candidate at the Yale School of Management and serves as a Title IX Survey Fellow. With a professional background in Investment Banking and Public Market Equities, Siva is passionate about using her analytical expertise to harness data in building safe and inclusive environments that prevent sex- and gender-based discrimination. She aspires to merge her financial acumen with social impact initiatives to drive meaningful change.
An avid outdoors enthusiast, Siva enjoys exploring hiking trails but equally cherishes cozy evenings with a cup of hot chocolate and a good book.

Miki Nakano (she/her)
Miki is a first year Master of Environmental Management candidate at Yale School of the Environment, studying regenerative agriculture and environmental justice. As a Title IX Graduate Education Fellow, Miki hopes to facilitate discussions between various graduate programs in an effort to create a more inclusive campus for all students. Outside of the classroom, Miki enjoys cooking, gardening, exploring East Rock Park, and watching reality television.
